It takes time for a baby to be ready to start eating solid foods. If you don’t want to buy a ton of processed shelved baby food, and you can’t commit to our delivery service, then here are some purees you can do yourself at home.
Gold Beet Puree:
Steam, Peel and puree into a smooth consistency. You can add a liquid of your choice to your puree choice, if you don’t have a juicer; water or milk are usually the liquid added. The Gold Beet is high in fiber, bright in color, and sweet.
Strawberry Puree:
We steam and puree until smooth. Strawberry Puree is packed with vitamin C and can promote Iron absorption.
Edamame Puree:
Steam until soft, puree into smooth consistency. Edamame Puree has protein.
Black Bean Puree:
Cook black bean till very soft, puree into smooth consistency. Black Bean Puree is a super food. This food is nutrient-rich, high in soluble fiber, antioxidants and is a great palate pleaser.
Green Beans:
Steam until tender. Puree to a smooth consistency. The Green Bean Puree is low in sugar and a good starter food.
Legumes, Garbanzo Bean Puree:
Steam and puree with a little water until in a smooth consistency. Garbanzo Bean Puree is high in protein.
